Hey Jude is listed as "Track Only"
in the session logs. It's possible that Elvis'
vocals were not considered good enough for release
at the time this song was recorded, although overdubs
were still added to the song. This would explain
why 'Hey Jude' was not released with the
rest of the songs from these sessions, in 1969,
but was eventually released in 1972 on the album Elvis Now.
