Notes

It seems as if RCA's tapes were rolling before the video cameras started rolling, as we get more takes or parts of takes from RCA / BMG than we do on the EPE Deluxe "Aloha From Hawaii" 2 DVD Box Set.

The master of Blue Hawaii is listed as Take 10 in 'Sessions III' but listed as being Take 2 in 'A Life In Music'.

The master of Hawaiian Wedding Song is listed as Take 2 in 'A Life In Music' and 'Sessions III'.

The master of Ku-U-I-Po is listed as Take 4 in 'A Life In Music'' but listed as being Take 2 in 'Sessions III.

Take 1 of Ku-U-I-Po is edited on the 'Alternate Aloha' CD to take out the line "See the sweet Hawaiian rose, see it blossom through it's nose". The complete unedited take along with dialogue and false start can be found on the Venus bootleg release "Unedited Masters - Stax 1973".

In March of 2007, Sony decided to go through all of Elvis' masters. They retransferred everything and remastered all tracks including repairing as many clicks, pops, bad edits and dropouts as they could. They have used these newly mastered recordings on their new releases since 2007 including budget soundtracks, 'Legacy' releases, the 30 disc 'Complete Elvis Presley Masters' collection and the Franklin Mint package.
