Notes

2012 and 2013 are the 'Tracks' (Instrumentals) for two different arrangements of Smokey Mountain Boy and There's Gold In The Mountains. It is unsure if Elvis did a vocal overdub to one of these 'Tracks' on October 10 (2018).
